An article authored by fellow Shayna Medley ('17) was published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender ("Not in the Name of Women's Safety: Whole Woman's Health as a Model for Transgender Rights," Summer 2017). The article advocated for the application of Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt to Fourteenth Amendment challenges to recent bills that restrict transgender individuals' access to public spaces.
