Former Skadden Fellow Mike Wishnie ('95) of Yale Law School was quoted in a New York Times article on a lawsuit claiming Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was improperly upended ("Democrats Begin Legal Assault on Trump's Move to End 'Dreamer' Program," Sept. 6). Mike, who is involved in a separate DACA suit, said that "when people have come to rely on" a policy such as DACA, officials who change it "have to explain themselves."
