Former Skadden Fellow Dror Ladin (‘12) was quoted in a New York Times article about the settlement reached in a case against two psychologists who helped create the CIA's post-9/11 interrogation techniques ("Settlement Reached in C.I.A. Torture Case," Aug. 17). Dror, a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, argued the case for the plaintiffs and said it was “a historic victory for our clients and for the rule of law."
