Former Skadden Fellow Sarah Bolling Mancini ('08) was quoted in an American Prospect article about predatory land installment contracts, which are sold disproportionately to communities of color ("Private Equity: The New Neighborhood Loan Sharks," July 11). "These contracts exist in a regulatory 'no-man's land' between tenant protections and homeowner protections," Sarah said. The article noted that she authored a 2016 report about the contracts.
