Former Skadden Fellow Omar Jadwat ('02) was quoted in a New York Times article about the Fourth Circuit's ruling rejecting the Trump administration's travel ban of immigrants from predominantly Muslim nations ("Appeals Court Will Not Reinstate Trump's Revised Travel Ban," May 25). Omar, a lawyer with the ACLU who argued the appeal challenging the ban, said the court's decision vindicated fundamental rights granted in the Constitution.
