Former Skadden Fellow Terri Gerstein ('95) authored an article for The Nation about actions by President Donald Trump that "are driving immigrants into the shadows" and making it "infinitely harder for states and localities to protect workers' rights" ("Trump's Attacks on Immigrants Are a Gift for Bad Bosses," April 24). "Unscrupulous employers will underpay, endanger, and exploit immigrant workers who are afraid to report violations," the article said.
