Former Skadden Fellow Lindsay Nash ('14) was quoted in a New York Times article about tweets Sen. Bob Casey sent in a failed effort to prevent the deportation of a Honduran family seeking refuge in the U.S. ("Why Even a Live-Tweeting Senator Couldn't Stop a Deportation," May 5). The article said a high number of asylum cases are denied in a process that is often inconsistent. "You don't really know what the basis for the asylum officer's decision is," Lindsay said.
