Former Skadden Fellow Susan Pearlstein ('98) of Philadelphia Legal Assistance was quoted in a Philadelphia Inquirer article about parents being sued by the city's Department of Human Services for child support ("How Philly Goes After the Poor for Child Support, Keeping Families Apart," March 3). Susan said her office would resume representing such parents under a new initiative, after lacking the resources and funding to do so.
