Former Skadden fellow Scott Marks ('94) was quoted in a Houston Chronicle article about fears that President-elect Donald Trump's proposed tax policy could stifle low-income housing tax credits ("Trump Tax Policy Could Hurt Low-Income Housing," Jan. 3). Scott said those fears mean "it's going to be a lot harder for affordable housing to be built, at least in the near future."
