Former Skadden fellow Nina Perales ('90) was quoted in a New York Times article about a town under oversight for voter discrimination despite a Supreme Court ruling striking down much of the Voting Rights Act ("In Texas, a Test of Whether the Voting Rights Act Still Has Teeth," Jan. 15). Nina said the ruling doesn't "mean that they can discriminate against minority voters," Nina said.
