Former Skadden fellow Nicole Hallett ('10) was quoted in a New York Times article about an immigration investigation into an employer's labor practices ("Owner Was Target, but Restaurant Workers Are Swept Up in Immigration Raids," Nov. 11). Nicole, who represents employees charged in the investigation, said prosecuting or deporting worker victims discourages them from coming forward when they are exploited.
