Harvard Law School's Project on Predatory Student Lending, directed by former Skadden fellow Toby Merrill ('12), has filed a lawsuit against the Departments of Education and Treasury regarding the seizure of people's tax refunds to pay student loans from Corinthian Colleges, despite the school's widespread fraud and misconduct.
