Former Skadden fellow Rebecca Vallas ('09) helped produce a new report, "Disabled Behind Bars: The Mass Incarceration of People With Disabilities in America's Jails and Prisons." The report was released at a White House forum on the dramatic overrepresentation of people with disabilities in U.S. prisons and jails.
