A Press of Atlantic City article highlighted the first case handled by Learn Project, a nonprofit founded by former Skadden fellow Matthew Sykes ('12) to represent students removed from school illegally ("Should Kindergartners Get Suspended?" June 13). Matthew's client filed a complaint regarding her 5-year-old son, who hasn't been allowed to return to school since being found in class with a small box cutter.
