As reported by The Washington Post, a federal court has ordered Mississippi's Cleveland School District to consolidate its racially segregated high schools and middle schools ("Judge Orders Mississippi School District to Desegregate, 62 Years After Brown v. Board of Education," May 16). Former Skadden fellow Shakti Belway ('05) represented a class of black private plaintiffs in the suit.
