Former Skadden fellow Sarah McBroom ('10) of Legal Aid Service of Northeast Minnesota has been recommended to Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton by the Commission on Judicial Selection for consideration to fill the vacancy in the state's Ninth Judicial District that will occur upon the retirement of Senior Judge Jon A. Maturi.
