Former fellow Max Weinstein ('05) of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office received a "Rising Star Award" from the National Consumer Law Center. He was nominated for his work on a foreclosure case that resulted in a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court decision allowing victims of predatory lending to assert claims against assignees of their loans.
