Former Skadden fellow Becca Heller ('10) was lauded by Meryl Streep during the Women in the World's 7th Annual Summit. Meryl said, "Becca Heller launched a legal aid program to help [refugees]. Heller's brainchild, the International Refugee Assistance Project, now has chapters in 28 law schools [and] has helped to resettle more than 3,000 refugees safely whose lives were in grave danger." Becca also spoke about refugees during a panel discussion at the event.
