A letter to the editor authored by former Skadden fellow Paulina Davis ('11) about the need for increased accountability and transparency in charter school discipline was published by The New York Times ("Charter School Discipline," March 28). The letter said that a review of discipline policies at New York City charter schools by Advocates for Children of New York, where Paulina is a supervising staff attorney, found numerous violations of the Constitution and state law.
