Karen Tseng Comments on Study of Hospital Mergers

Massachusetts Assistant Attorney General and former Skadden fellow Karen Tseng ('06) was interviewed for a report by Marketplace on NPR about a study finding that certain hospital consolidations lead to higher prices for consumers ("Hospital Mergers Within State Borders Drive Up Costs," March 21). Karen said the information "helps attorney general's offices refine our thinking and our analytics that drive our monitoring of the healthcare market on behalf of consumers."
