Skadden fellow Theresa Zhen of A New Way of Life Reentry Project was mentioned in a Los Angeles Times article about an amnesty program she helped craft that allows some traffic fines to be reduced and people to apply for reinstatement of their driver's licenses once they establish a payment plan ("A Frenzied Start for State's Traffic Ticket Amnesty Program," Nov. 14). Theresa and other attorneys have called on the Superior Court of Los Angeles to fix problems with the program's implementation.
