Incoming Skadden fellow Blake Strode was featured in a St. Louis American profile about his housing law work at St. Louis, Missouri's ArchCity Defenders ("Blake Strode Leaves Harvard Law for Arch City Defenders," June 4). "I'm under no misconception that I will fix things that need to be fixed in two years," he said. "If in two years there can be greater access to legal services generally, and specifically on housing issues, and people feel more plugged into a housing justice movement, that would be a huge success." Blake was inspired to return to his hometown of St. Louis to serve the community after witnessing the unrest that followed Michael Brown's shooting in nearby Ferguson.
