Former Skadden Fellow Jennifer Rosenbaum (’03) has been appointed by Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez to serve a two-year term as a member of the Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee. The committee advises, consults with and makes recommendations to the secretary of labor on ways to improve the fairness, efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s whistleblower protection programs. Jennifer is the founding legal and policy director of the New Orleans Workers’ Center for Racial Justice National Guestworker Alliance.
