Paul Sonn Speaks on Raising the Minimum Wage

Former Skadden Fellow Paul Sonn ('94), general counsel of the National Employment Law Project, was quoted in a New York Times article describing the latest discussions on income inequality and the need to raise the federal minimum wage at the United States Conference of Mayors annual meeting in Dallas ("Mayors Put Focus on How to Raise Wages for Lowest-Paid Workers in Cities," June 22). "This year, the idea that cities have an important role to play in raising the minimum wage has gone mainstream. More leaders than ever are looking to fight poverty locally with higher city wages," said Paul. He also appeared on MSNBC on June 22 to discuss the topic.
