A Chicago coalition of sexual harassment victim advocates, labor organizers and lawyers co-founded by former Skadden Fellow Sheerine Alemzadeh ('11) was featured in In These Times ("Advocates Equip Worker Centers in Fight Against Sexual Violence," Feb. 13). The coalition formed more than a year ago to "develop an organizing guide for fighting sexual assault in the workplace." Sheerine said, "With sexual violence already one of the most underreported and under-prosecuted crimes, assault in the workplace, especially in low-wage or poorly regulated industries ... continues to slip under the radar."
