A panel discussion on pregnancy leave and accommodations that former Skadden Fellow Rachael Langston (’08) participated in at the June 27 National Employment Lawyers Association conference was the subject of an article in Bloomberg BNA’s Daily Labor Report (“Speakers Say Existing Workplace Rights Laws Do Not Adequately Protect Pregnant Workers,” July 3). Rachael discussed how the post-birth workplace rights of female employees are not being fully met by current federal laws.
